Purchase & delivery terms
Agency also includes Operator Professional access and the branded PDF studio during the active paid period. Cloud AI usage is separately metered under Operator’s wallet rules. Saved PDFs remain downloadable after expiry; new documents and brand changes require an active Agency plan. No extra subscription is purchased by opening Operator.
Additional staff seats cost €29/month for a workspace or €59/month with Operator Professional. Each employee has a separate company workspace overseen by the agency owner. Seats renew separately until cancelled. Cancelling Agency renewal also cancels future seat renewals; paid seat periods remain available. Revoking employee access does not erase company work or refund unused time. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Pay for delivery
Verified payment purchases the service described at checkout. A return-page message alone does not confirm payment. If production or delivery needs attention, your paid order remains recorded for recovery: do not purchase it again. Contact sales@mail.vigthoria.io with your order reference.
No voluntary change-of-mind refunds
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds. This does not exclude mandatory consumer rights, remedies for non-delivery or defective services, or payment-provider dispute rights. We do not automatically refund a failed job; we retain the order and investigate delivery.
Video Walkthrough
€49 for one 15-second HD video or €89 for one 30-second HD video, made from 3–20 authorized images. Payment, rights and cloud-processing authorization are required before production. Valid videos are released automatically after technical playback checks, with a private download link sent by email. Review the result before publishing. The selected output is a silent 1280 × 720 MP4 at 24 fps, lasting 15 or 30 seconds as shown before checkout. Existing orders retain the duration and format confirmed when purchased. One provider generation is used; AI-generated cuts or motion artifacts can still occur, and separate spaces must not be represented as a verified continuous floor plan. Uploaded originals and generated files are protected. Temporary B2C handoff copies are removed after production accepts the upload. Saved originals and deliveries remain available while an order or support case needs them; contact sales@mail.vigthoria.io to request an asset-retention review. Artistic output is AI-generated and is not a guarantee of architectural accuracy.
Agency + Auto Client Manager
€199 per month for the owner’s Agency workspace and Operator Professional, renewed until cancelled. Includes inquiry intake, follow-up tasks and branded property PDFs. Videos are separate pay-as-you-go purchases: 15 seconds for €49 or 30 seconds for €89. Previously paid video allowances remain valid only until their existing paid period ends.
Standard website
The base business website is €350 once. Your written scope must be confirmed before payment. CRM integration, AI assistants and other special modules are additional services requiring a separate, clearly priced approval; they are not included in €350. Domain, hosting and continuing services must be stated in the approved scope—never assumed or silently charged.
